Student Privacy Notifications

Federal and state law requires the DOE and its schools to provide families with annual notices around the protection of student rights and privacy.  

• Annual FERPA Notice;
• Parent Bill of Rights for Data Privacy and Security;
• Annual Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA) Notice (new).
